What we collect
Account details (like your email), subscription and billing records, plus the threads, connected channels and skill configuration you create inside the workspace.

Where data lives
Threads and session state stay on your machine; login credentials are encrypted by the OS keychain. Domestic and overseas deployments are planned separately, with mainland users' personal data kept in-country.
How we use it
Only to provide, maintain and improve NapNap Workspace's core features — syncing threads, handling billing, responding to support requests. We don't use your thread content to train models unrelated to your own account.
Third parties and model providers
When you pick a model (GPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek) or enable an MCP server, the relevant request content goes to that provider; their own privacy policy governs how they handle it.
Your controls
You can export or delete locally stored thread history at any time, cancel your subscription, or write to us to review, correct or delete information tied to your account.
