These are the working terms for the Phase 0 paid beta. We'll publish a fuller version at general availability, with advance notice to subscribers for material changes.
Account & subscription
You need a valid account to use NapNap Workspace. Subscriptions bill monthly or yearly, and credits are consumed by the models and tools you actually use. Cancel anytime — you keep your current period's benefits through its end, with no renewal after.
Acceptable use
Don't use NapNap Workspace for anything illegal, infringing, or that violates a third-party service's own terms. Agents confirm commands and file changes through an approval card before running — responsibility for the action still sits with the account that triggered it.
Content & data ownership
Product copy, thread history and related data you create in the workspace are yours. We only process it as needed to provide the service — see the Privacy Policy for details.
Availability
The product is in beta; some capabilities are still in development or planned (flagged on the relevant feature cards). We don't make a formal uptime commitment during the beta.
Disclaimer
NapNap Workspace is provided as-is. We work to keep agent output and automations accurate, but you're still responsible for a human check before publishing listings, replying to customers, or acting on business decisions.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves; we'll notify subscribers by email or in-app for material changes.
